Shipping Policy

Processing Time

Many Signature Inked pieces are custom-made or produced in limited quantities to preserve the originality and quality of each collection.

All orders are typically processed within 2–3 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.

During high-volume launches, holidays, or limited-edition releases, processing and shipping times may take longer than expected. If there is a significant delay with your order, we will contact you via email.

We strongly recommend placing orders well in advance of:

  • Holidays

  • Birthdays

  • Photoshoots

  • Travel

  • Special events

  • Limited-edition launches

This allows enough time for production, packaging, and delivery while helping avoid unexpected shipping carrier delays beyond our control.

Shipping costs are calculated and displayed during checkout.

Overnight Shipping* 1–2 Business Days $19.95

* Overnight shipping is only available for orders within the continental United States.

Please note that delivery delays can occasionally occur due to weather, carrier issues, holidays, or high shipment volumes.

Shipments to U.S. Territories, APO/FPO/DPO addresses, and international destinations may require additional transit time.

Shipment Confirmation & Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipment confirmation email containing your tracking information.

Tracking numbers typically become active within 24 hours after shipment.

Customs, Duties & Taxes

Signature Inked is not responsible for customs fees, import duties, taxes, tariffs, or any additional charges applied to international orders.

All fees incurred during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer.

Damaged Packages

If your order arrives damaged, please contact the shipping carrier directly to file a claim.

Please save:

  • All original packaging

  • Damaged items

  • Shipping labels

before filing your claim.

International Shipping

International shipping times and carrier availability may vary depending on destination country and customs processing times.

Customers are responsible for ensuring shipping information and delivery details are accurate before submitting an order.

Return & Refund Policy

We gladly accept returns on eligible items within 14 days of delivery.

To qualify for a return:

  • Items must be unworn, unused, and unwashed

  • Original tags and packaging must be included

  • Proof of purchase is required

We currently offer:

  • Free return shipping

  • No restocking fees

Limited Edition & Final Sale Items

Some Signature Inked pieces are part of exclusive or limited-edition collections and are considered final sale.

Because these items are custom-made and released in limited quantities, they cannot be:

  • Returned

  • Refunded

  • Exchanged

Please choose your size, color, and style carefully before completing your purchase.

We encourage customers to carefully review sizing charts and product descriptions before purchasing limited-edition products.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, approved refunds will be issued back to your original payment method.

Please allow several business days for your financial institution or payment provider to process the refund.
